I'm writing to express my immense gratitude in regards to your eBook, and of course your support above and beyond all that was expected before and after the purchase. Let me start by commenting on your pre-sales service. What can I say? AMAZING! From my first email you and your team were immediate with your responses; consistenly alleviating my apprehensions. As you well know, my expertise was NOT in global wholesale product sourcing. As a previous owner of a solely brick and mortar retail trade store, I was only accustomed to searching for distributors and wholesalers the old-fashioned way, via phonebooks, trade seminars and general industry word of mouth. Whilst this was a familiar and above all "secure" method of going about my business, I felt as though I was missing out on the opportunity to net the best deal possible. It was time I took control of my business and searched out wholesalers and distributors myself. Of course I had previously heard countless stories of how Jane Doe from down the road getting ripped off by Trader X, leaving Jane with nothing but regret and an earnestly light wallet afterwards. So my qualm was who to trust? How do I know that "this" A-Class Wholesale list would be better than that one? It doesn't take a rocket scientist to enter "wholesale list" into Google and copy the details into a document and sell it as legitimate. You and your team were quick to point out that your sources were pre-verified to ensure legitimacy and above all, reduce the risk that I - or any one of your existing customers for that matter - would get scammed by another of the infamous "fly-by-night traders" on the internet. This point did alleviate my trepidation somewhat, but how did I know that what I was purchasing into was in fact going to result in a genuinely good deal? There are thousands of wholesale lists available claiming to save upto 90% on recommended retail price, proving only to disappoint upon further investigation when they sell at close to retail prices, or do in-fact sell at upto 90% off - but only for products that no one wants?! You then replied with your money back guarantee: 60 days to review your product and if I'm not satisfied that I'm getting value for money, then you agreed to happily refund my purchase price in full! Now I have come across quite a few wholesale lists before I found yours and let me tell you; NO-ONE will give me this kind of guarantee! I think it must have taken me at most 24 hours from when I received that email before I purchased your product. It has been already a month now and I have yet to finish browsing through all of your information and wholesaler profiles. I have already contacted several of the wholesalers/distributors over a number of different categories and am currently negotiating initial/sample orders - it has really proven to be quite easy! I do have one criticism in regards to your Guide to Wholesale Product Sourcing though; You described many aspects of the process in detail, and in-fact it led me to further analyse my own business practices - something I didn't think I would be doing after purchasing this sort of product! My criticism turns out to be more of a request than anything else, and that is; will you be releasing an e-Book solely dedicated to the step by step process of online business? I know this might be a little forward, but given our level of current communication I thought it appropriate decorum. It could be an idea to possibly include it within the next update?

Who knew that amongst the thousands of Wholesale lists and guides available out there that I would be privileged enough to encounter a true gem amongst the rough.
